state of Queensland. From the never ending beaches of Southern Queensland to the exquisite beauty of The
Whitsundays to the lush Tropical Queensland, each resort contains its own individual mystique and personality.

Voyages Lizard Island, Tropical North Queensland
If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, then Lizard Island should be top of the list. This is
without question, one of Australia's premier resorts. Being right on the Great Barrier Reef is rare enough,
but Lizard Island offers the full spectrum - both the inner and outer Reef experiences. Lizard Island is a
remote, private paradise offering accommodation of an exceptional standard. Complementing the 24 white sandy beaches and coral gardens directly offshore are
a range of complimentary activities. The open verandah restaurant overlooks the
beach and ocean in an intimate setting for a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the resort's relaxed
lounge and bar being open all day.
Access: Regular flights are available from all Australian capital cities to Lizard Island via Cairns.
The flight between Cairns and Lizard Island takes 60 minutes.

Orpheus Island, Tropical North Queensland
One of the few remaining privately owned reef island resorts located on the Great Barrier Reef. Nestled in a
sheltered bay, with sandy beaches and native flora and fauna surrounding you, it offers the ultimate in
tranquility, seclusion and privacy. Perfect for that romantic getaway with no telephones or television, the well appointed rooms and suites make
it makes the ideal place
for that special occasion.
Access: By private seaplane; twice weekly from Cairns (60mins), once daily from Townsville (30mins).
Features include: All meals, 2 pools, spa, water skiing, intro to scuba diving, snorkelling, basic fishing
gear, powered dinghies, catamarans, windsurfing, canoes, paddle skis, tennis. Available at an additional charge
diving and game fishing.
Hayman Island, Whitsundays
Reputed to be one the top ten resorts of the world, Hayman oozes prestigious luxury. It has recently undergone
major refurbishments and offers a choice of well appointed accommodation which includes guest rooms, suites and
penthouses. All have balconies overlooking the magnificent swimming pools, beach or tropical gardens. On arrival
at Hamilton Island you will be personally met and transferred to one of the luxury yachts for a 45 minute
champagne cruise to the resort. Hayman is the perfect place to pamper yourself, unwind and above all, have fun.
The dining experience on Hayman is second to none with a choice of 5 restaurants offering the finest of cuisine
complemented by a extensive range of wines.
Access: Regular flights are available from all Australian capital cities to Hayman via Hamilton Is. The
cruise between Hamilton Is and Hayman takes 45 minutes.
Features include: 3 swimming pools, steam, sauna & spa, outdoor Jacuzzi, tennis courts, squash courts,
hobie cats, windsurfing, paddle skiing, snorkelling. Available at additional charge PADI diving, waterskiing,
yacht charter, dinghy hire, game fishing & day excursions.
Hamilton Island, Whitsundays
The only Whitsunday island with a variety of accommodation, restaurants and activities to suit all tastes
and budgets. The island has a marina complete with a yacht club with a myriad of restaurants and shops. With
over 16 restaurants and takeaway outlets to choose from, there is always something new and exciting to tempt
your taste buds! Hamilton Island offers its guests a very extensive range of over 40 activities on a daily
basis. Families are welcome, with accommodation and many meals being free for children under 14 years.
Access: Regular flights are available from all Australian capital cities.
Beach Club: Low rise boutique hotel designed especially for couples, that offers luxuriously appointed
rooms with uninterrupted beachfront views. Facilities include: exclusive private swimming pool, beach club bar
and restaurant.
Reef View Hotel: Recently refurbished, The Reef View offers extremely spacious rooms with breathtaking
views of the Coral Sea from private balconies.
Whitsunday Holiday Apartments: These fully self-contained 1-2 bedroom apartments include full kitchen
facilities. The superior apartments provide spectacular ocean views from their large balconies.
Kingfisher Bay Resort, Fraser Island
This four star Resort offers a rare ecotourism experience on the worlds largest sand island which is also
World Heritage listed. It is has won numerous environmental, tourism and architectural awards and offers a
range of accommodation with dining options to suit all. From Seventy Mile Beach you can view shipwrecks and
take scenic flights whilst inland swim in clear freshwater lakes and admire the towering rainforest.
Access: By car from Brisbane in 3.5 hours, 45 min flight to Hervey Bay then a 40 min catamaran transfer,
or by tilt train and launch transfer.
