The spacious Bay room has an en-suite bathroom, dressing room and private access to swimming pool and sundeck. The harbour room has spectacular views and private bathroom. The property is unsuitable for children.

Aachen House, Auckland

An elegantly restored Edwardian gentleman's residence located in the affluent suburb of Rumuera is recognised as being one of Auckland finest boutique Bed and Breakfasts. Antiques abound the property and the attention to detail in every room is second to none. The 9 spacious guest rooms are individually decorated in period style and all have ensuite facilities. A superb gazebo set within the private gardens provides a ideal place to partake of afternoon tea or a pre dinner cocktail. There is an ideal range of restaurants within the area.

The Springs, Rotorua

An extremely elegant 1930's style bungalow located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the heart of Rotorua. Each of the 4 luxuriously furnished guest rooms is individually decorated, has a king bed, walkin wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and private patio. Good restaurants and cafes are close by.

Hawthorne Country House, Hastings

Its extremely easy to realx in this beautifully restored Edwardian villa, situated in 14 acres of tranquil farmland just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Hastings and 30 minutes from Napier. Its 5 en-suite guest rooms open onto wide verandahs overlooking the large mature gardens.

South Island

Old Saint Mary's Convent, Blenheim

This sympathetically restored convent, 10 minutes from Blenheim, is situated in a park like setting of 20 acres, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.There are 5 very spacious guest rooms, each with large en-suite bathrooms and having access to the balcony or verandah.

Bronte Lodge, near Nelson

The lodge is located in the tranquil Tasman Bay an area of stunning beauty. It stands 3 acres of gardens that includes an established rose garden and is close to Nelson and The Abel Tasman National Park. 2 private suites and 2 villas offer quiet luxury with stunning views. The large guest lounge and dining room are located within the homestead. Expansive decks overlook the gardens and it is here that breakfast is served. There is also a saltwater swimming pool and tennis court for your enjoyment.

The Worcester, Christchurch

A beautifully preserved colonial house in classic Victorian style, furnished with antiques and a wonderful collection of original New Zealand art. It is uniquely situated by the tramline, close to the historic arts centre, Botanical Gardens and Museum and within a 5 minute walk of Cathedral Square. The guest suites have been furnished with flair and have super king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and a separate dressing or sitting room.

Lake Tekapo Lodge, Tekapo

In the centre of Tekapo township, an hour's drive from Mount Cook National Park, this luxurious bed and breakfast that looks out over Lake Tekapo, providing guests with stunning panoramic views to the Southern Alps. Breakfast is served in the conservatory restaurant, which is also open for lunch and dinner and is fully licensed.
