What's included

• We utilise the services of the key airlines who include; Air New Zealand, British Airways & Qantas, Cathay Pacific, Emirates and Singapore Airlines where we negotiate preferential rates, schedules and flights to best suit the event.

• The coaches we use for the airport and event transfer are provided by reputable and respected local operators with the vehicles being the best available, employing experienced coach drivers.

• One of the major features of our tours is the standard of hotels, we simply use the best available ! Wherever possible, the locations are within easy drive to the event venue and offer facilities you would expect of a high standard hotel.

• The tickets to the respective events are the best that are available.

• Our own representative will be available during each tour, with either a tour escort travelling out on the same flight or meeting you on arrival at your destination airport or a local representative being available throughout your tour. Our escorts and representatives are there to ensure your tour runs smoothly and will be available at all times during the tour to give assistance and advice.

• If you wish to extend or include a stopover we will be more than happy to advise and arrange.
